1st Running Club Meeting Again

Since the snow and ice came in how about we try and have a meeting on Tuesday night, March 8th at 6:30pm in the Solid Grounds Cafe at Harrah Church at 6:30pm. We will discuss the club, the Egg Run 5K and set some goals? See you on Tuesday.

Join us this Tuesday night at 7:00pm in the Solid Grounds Cafe at Harrah Church for our first meeting. Harrah Church will be providing water, tea, and Diet Coke. This will be a great kickoff for the year.

Monthly Meeting

As we are starting up and looking to begin a monthly meeting I would like to get your feedback on a good day of the week to meet. I lean towards a Monday or Tuesday night, but I want to get your input. As for location I want to suggest the Solid Grounds Coffee shop at Harrah Church as a place to meet. There are drinks and coffee available for purchase. Leave your thoughts in the comments below.

Egg Run 2011

How about a 1 Mile Fun Run and 5K followed by an egg hunt, inflatables, free food and so much more and all proceeds benefit the Harrah Church Food Pantry, which is “Running to Feed the Hungry.” Register online now and invite your friends. Registration is $25 before midnight April 7th and $30 after. Every race entry comes with a Egg Run 2011 shirt and the satisfaction of knowing that you are fighting hunger. You can even register for the Race Shirt without the obligation to join the race.
